2. Client Obligations

To ensure project success, you agree to:

Provide necessary content, credentials, and approvals on time.

Respond to communication within a reasonable timeframe.

Review and approve deliverables promptly.

Respect the project scope outlined in proposals.

Delays in communication or approvals may affect outcomes.

3. Payments and Billing

All pricing is agreed prior to the start of work and confirmed in your invoice or proposal.

Upfront deposits (typically 50%) may be required.

Final payments are due as outlined in your agreement.

Late payments may incur fees and delay service delivery.

Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Intellectual Property

All original content, designs, and strategies created by us remain our property until full payment is received.

Upon full payment, ownership of agreed deliverables transfers to you.

You retain ownership of any assets you provide.

We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise requested.

6. SMS Messaging Program

Program Name: MedVitalize SMS Program

Program Description: By opting into our SMS program, you agree to receive text messages related to appointment reminders, service updates, promotions, and other relevant communications from MedVitalize. Message frequency varies.

Opt-Out Instructions:

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to our shortcode. Upon sending “STOP,” you will receive a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

Rejoining Instructions:

If you wish to rejoin, simply sign up again using the same process, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer:

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, and disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction where MedVitalize is legally registered.
